She's won multiple awards for her innovative work and founded her first company, Nieuwlaagje, in 2009. Besides her international coaching practise, she's stepping forward with The Purpose Project, a new initiative aimed at passing on her knowledge and helping the generation of tomorrow. The pandemic brought Anne and Elsbeth together in 2020, where they shared their passion for teaching students at the Global School for Entrepreneurship.
Anne strongly beliefs that each of us have an unique opportunity to contribute to a brighter and more sustainable future. Being able to take responsibility for that opportunity asks for a clear understanding of who we are, what we need and what we’re good at so that we can have a positive impact on the world around us. With a background in Human Resources and Cultural Anthropology and in pursuit of leaving the world a better place, Anne combined her passion for (community) research and personal development coaching and founded Blooming Moods.
Michaela and Elsbeth first crossed paths in 2008 during their participation in an annual Body-Oriented Work training program.
Michaela is a Healthcare Psychologist, an EMDR Practitioner, and the proud owner of her own practice. With a profound sense of empathy and a dash of humor, Michaela specializes in helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and rediscover their inner compass. What she finds most beautiful is witnessing people regain control over their lives. Michaela not only manages a thriving practice but also guides a team of dedicated psychologists."
